I know this could be the start of any sunrise. I know this could have been taken any where near the coast. I know this isn’t that spectacular a photograph. However, only I know how excited I was to get up at 0330 to walk down to the sea to get this shot with my breath creating mist in the still morning air, and only I know how amazing it felt to stand there, at that second, in that spot on the shore of the Isle of Skye in the quiet and watch the Sun come up.
