The shooting conditions as we left the Fairy Pools were pretty tricky as it was exceptionally bright but the river was in the shade. I decided to bracket three shots and merge them. Seems to have turned out ok although I’m always the worst critic of my own photos!

The Fairy Pools are a beautiful series of clear pools where water cascades down from the Cuillins making its way to the sea just by Glen Brittle beach. Lovely spot for a short walk and a picnic (and a snooze).
