the beginning of the end

The start of our journey home… We left Dhuni Kolhu at around 0700 local ‘island’ time (which, incidentally, is one hour ahead of Male time) on one of the lovely old boats boats, along with the sea plane crew, to join the plane which was moored up to the pontoon over night. It was a heavy heart that I took these photos…
