It’s a big wide world out there, but some of you may have noticed that I’ve been offline for a while. Numerous things have been going on – the biggest, hugest, most wonderful of which is that we are now three. More fundamentally, the hardware that this blog was running on suffered several failures, which meant that restoring from backups and rebuilding from scratch was a necessity. All of which took significantly longer than normal with priorities now more in-line with importance. So I’m back with super-duper low power server, still running FreeBSD of course, and with a nice familiar, warm fuzzy feeling that I can once again make my photos available to a small collection of people who like looking at them, and commenting on the occasional one.

So from our most wonderful, most lovely, gurgling, smiling and windmill arm waving corner of the world, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
