I’m pretty happy with this 35mm negative scan. The colour is pretty spot compared to the developed film equivalent. There’s great range (or ‘latitude’ as the wise ones say) in film – especially Kodak Portra 400. It’s a good choice for novice film shooters like me :-)

We had a water spillage shortly before I took this, hence the dark patch on front-of-jacket! I like the sunlight coming through the trees behind. I’m pretty happy with this photo overall, considering it was taken with a camera from 1972 that needs no batteries :-) If all my photos and scans are like this one, I’ll be more than happy :-) Great colours from Portra 400 once again.
