frozen and ektar

A self-scanned negative of a shot taken on 35mm Kodak Ektar 100 film. For reasons unknown to me, the colours on the left look exactly like my developed and printed photo, but the colours on the right do not. I recall that the light was pretty uniform across the frame when I took the shot, too. I can only assume my distinctly amateurish negative scanning process has room for improvement :-D With that said, it seems to be rock solid for Portra 400 so far. I think Ektar is just on a different planet altogether.
