These are The Kelpies – a wonderful creation by sculptor Andy Scott. Each one is around 30m tall, weights approximately 300 tonnes and is made from hundreds of pieces of interlocking metal. We visited them on a chilly Saturday afternoon in-between some lovely sunny intervals. The Ochil Hills make quite a nice backdrop here I think.
