morning delivery

The local boulangerie provided an amazing daily service to our gite (except Thursdays and Sundays). In bag hanging on the front door we left a note with our order, along with right money (and you could pre-order ‘baked to order’ items for the following day too), and in return they would fill it with the requested items. Quite a little thing I know, but we quickly got accustomed to fresh bread and warm croissants arriving in the morning :-)
