Chatting to a work colleague about camera stuff at lunch time… I mentioned that I’d bought myself a medium format camera. He said that he was disappointed, “so very very disappointed” that I “completely forgot to go square”. I laughed. He then said that I had inspired him to try some medium format photography. I thought about the conversation afterwards, smiled, grabbed my brilliant little LX-100 and popped out for a half hour wander. I switched it to 1:1 mode and a toy camera ‘pop’ filter and had some fun.
