PanF light stalking
by matt
There was fantastic light and shadow that I wanted to capture here. The sunlight was creating a wonderful partition of dark and light across the ground in front of me, and the edge of the tank was side-lit from where I stood. The light was fleeting fast… Sadly, I set up the camera a little too slow and missed it all as the sun dipped behind the field. I thought it still made for a nice picture, though. I often find it rewarding to see simple scenes in front of you, and to envisage how you’d like to photograph them, even if you don’t manage to do so, or can’t. I think it gives you ideas for the future and how you might consider approaching other photographs/scenes. It’s not always about the result.
