Wise words were spoken by another, ”We should get home.” Foolish words were then uttered by me, ”No. Let’s wait a bit. I’d like to get some more shots.” Shortly after I took this, rain like I’ve never seen pummelled Stresa. I never took any more [anywhere near decent] photos. I was more concerned about keeping the camera gear dry. We got soaked on the walk home. Really, really soaked. Heaviest rain in ten years apparently.
Hope you’ve liked the Italy pics. This is the last one. We had a great holiday. Italy is well and truly in my blood. We will return.
