I took to using Kodak Gold last Summer instead of Portra, purely because the cost of Portra seems to have skyrocketed. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but in all the negs I’ve processed I’ve not been disappointed.

Pro 400H was the latest Fujifilm emulsion to die. I’ve got a few rolls left in my fridge. The dye that comes off it during processing is something to behold, but it renders colours rather nicely.
