mornings like these

Being able to get up to the top of the moor in time for the sun coming up, take some photos and get back in time to start work, makes me an extremely lucky person. I’ll never take it for granted. So I try to make the most of it when weather conditions permit. This was one of those mornings when I took a few photos and sat on some rocks thinking about all sorts of things. Sometimes when I’m up here I see nobody. Other times I see runners and walkers. It’s always reassuring to know that I’m not alone in appreciating this place (not that I ever thought I was) but it just makes me happy knowing that lots of people appreciate it just as much as I do, and for all their own reasons. Such is the wonderful place that this is. It means so many things to so many different people.
