It&#8217;s a bit of a faff to load, but I&#8217;m sure it&#8217;ll get easier. I did it the correct way by trimming the film leader as opposed to some of the ham-fisted YouTuber approaches out there, which involve sticking fingers through an open shutter to adjust the film behind. Yikes&#8230; My little Jupiter 8 was gathering dust on a shelf and is much happier being partnered with this timeless classic camera. The build quality of these tiny Russian lenses varies a lot, but mine seems really sharp.
